Care

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY MOHAIR PRODUCTS?

Our throws will last a lifetime if cared for properly. Store in a cool, dry place and do not store in plastic as this can cause moisture build up. Do not hang your throw.

As we use a brushing technique to create their soft finish there will be loose fibres on your throw. One trick to remove excess fibres is putting it in a freezer bag and freeze for a few hours then give it a good shake.

WASHING THROWS

Throws seldom require cleaning unless there is a spill / stain. Dry cleaning is preferred but you can wash with a mild wool-friendly detergent in lukewarm water. Gently rub stained areas to remove marks. To dry, place on a flat surface and do not hang out to dry. Mohair dries quickly. DO NOT tumble dry.

WASHING SOCKS

Socks are machine-washable using a warm (or cold) cycle. Line dry. Do not dry clean. Socks do not need washing as frequently compared to cotton / synthetic socks due to their anti-bacterial, breathable properties.

Stunning

This is the second throw that I have purchased. This one is going to friends in Germany...and I think they'll love it! They travelled around Cardrona so it should bring back happy memories.
The colours are stunning and it's incredibly soft.

Cardrona Throw

We ordered this throw as it looked like the perfect addition to the couch in our media room. We really love it as the colours compliment our decor. It’s very soft and snuggly and my only issue is having to snatch it out from under my cheeky dog who obviously thinks it’s very cosy too!
